  Tried to plan a party at this location and was told they couldn't do reservations, even for large groups. Since I'm not guaranteed seating for our party and it's first come first serve we decided to plan it for somewhere else. Very disappointing. The woman on the phone said they couldn't even set up our tables if I called half an hour ahead of our arrival and she had quite the attitude. It isn't good customer service to make your guests hope they can all be seated when they arrive for a party. Why should we have to waste our time showing up if they won't be able to accommodate a party of 14+ people?

  My family comes here often. Typically 3 or 4 times a month. Friendly and wonderful service... they do remember you and what you like.

  I went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my daughters birthday. They're understaffed and of course customer service is horrible! I even had to tell the manager that we were ready to order because our waiter didn't have time to come and take our order. After that our food took a very long time to arrive. I asked one of the waitress to sing the happy birthday song to my daughter and her response was (in a nice way but rude) "As you can see we're very busy and we don't have time to do that" Food is good but expensive. Never going back.

  The food is pretty standard. Can be a fun atmosphere in the bar with the right people there.
